Job Description

SUMMARY: 

Under general supervision, provides sales and administrative support to the Sales Department. Reports to the Vice President of Sales.    

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, pending training and specific skill sets of the selected candidate. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

  1.  Assists sales team with market research and market building projects.
  2.  Analyze lead metrics.
  3.  Assist in prospecting new clientele.
  4.  Design a gamification process for sales metrics.
  5.  Draft campaign writing and promotional material.
  6.  Provide accounting and administrative support to the department as necessary; schedule meetings and appointments.
  7.  Create and maintain files, records, calendars, logs, and other documents.
  8.  Assist in the planning, organization and execution of conferences and related activities.
  9. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  •   General knowledge of Tax Analysts products and services (may be acquired on the job)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and well-organized
  •  Good computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Windows
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Superior customer-focused attitude

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently enrolled in graduate or undergraduate school with a focus in business administration, sales or marketing
  • At least one year of customer service experience
