HOST / HOSTESS – MICHELIN STAR – BIRMINGHAM

A Host / Hostess is required for this Michelin Star Restaurant set in the vibrant and eclectic city of Birmingham.

The restaurant is chic and beautifully decorated, creating an air of luxury for customers to breathe in as they sample the exquisite modern British cuisine available on the gastronomic tasting menus.

All produce is locally sourced and only the finest ingredients and there is private dining available.

They are now looking for a Host / Hostess to complete the team in their multi award winning restaurant.

The restaurant offers 30 Covers in an elegant setting; providing a courteous and attentive service, excellent cuisine and palate tingling wines to perfectly partner each dish.

As Host / Hostess you will:

• Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ensure your high standards filter through the rest of your team
• Have a natural flair and passion for service delivery
• Coordinate the bookings system, take reservations and answer guest reservations enquiries to ensure a flawless service and support the team in delivering an outstanding customer experience
• You will have an excellent manner both face to face and over the telephone
• Have a friendly persona with a confident, professional and welcoming personality
