Below is a detailed job description:
- The role will initially involve familiarising yourself with our products and services and gain understanding of our sales process.
- You will be trained in our CRM software. You will need to make cold and warm calls to potential customers to set appointments to introduce them to Stickman as a company, our products and services.
- Using and updating all your activities, into our CRM tool and relative reporting tools.
- Generate leads using our DB and tools and existing customers who use our products and services
- Generating weekly reports and presenting them to the Head of Sales to demonstrate the week’s activities, new leads and opportunities generated and clear/realistic forecast.
- You will also need to assist if the company is organising events and be able to represent Stickman as Internal Lead generation specialist.
- You will need to be very proactive and seek out any potential business generating opportunities.
- You will need to learn quickly and be flexible to adapt to meet the requirements of a small business environment.
