Job Description

I am currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work based in Billericay, Essex on a permanent basis.

This role will offer a base salary as well as an excellent commission structure! 

The duties are as follows;

  • Setting up online ‘searches’ in order to resource and research for candidates from the proprietary database.
  • Setting up online ‘searches’ in order to resource and research for candidates from multi online channels including job boards & social media.
  • Resourcing and researching for candidates using networking techniques with existing candidates.
  • Formatting candidate cv’s/resumes in preparation for them to be sent to Clients.
  • Negotiating with candidates to achieve ‘satisfactory’ or, where possible ‘best’ rates/fees/salary requirements.

Experience required;

  • Basic Computing
  • Microsoft Office
  • Good level of recruitment related numeracy
  • Good level of recruitment related literacy
  • Previous recruitment/sales experience
  • Developed interpersonal skills
  • Customer facing experience
