You will be part of a group of specialists managing key accounts and supporting Buzz4me Marketing’s advertising programs.
The successful candidate should be someone who can provide the ultimate in client service, acting
as the client day-to-day contact for Google AdWords advertisers and giving them the attention they
need and deserve. This person should be extremely proactive, organized, responsible, and should
work well within a team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to Google AdWords advertisers.
• Respond to customer service inquiries by email and telephone.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of top-level accounts.
• Work with clients to ensure their business objectives are met.
• Provide world-class service and support.
• Constantly think of creative ways to improve our relationships with clients.
• Constantly think of creative ways to grow client revenue.
• Optimize advertiser keyword lists and ads in order to maximize advertisers’ ROI.
• Constantly monitor customer feedback and satisfaction.
• Becoming an expert on the Internet advertising market.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably in a business or marketing discipline.
• Passionate about developing customer partnerships.
• Significant and relevant experience of media agency sales and/or account management.
• Detail oriented; ability to prioritize and complete a large volume of work quickly.
• Passionate about the internet.
• Strong computer applications skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
