Job Description

Seeking an individual to assume a new position as account manager and sales support to existing clients as well as systems architecture for all new and existing clients.

Job Duties:

  • Ability to architect IT projects for new and existing clients from desktop to server and/or a complete infrastructure design
  • Working knowledge of IT hardware and software platforms with the ability to generate and present quotes to new and existing clients
  • Set and manage client expectations on a daily basis
  • Single point of contact for all clients
  • Prepare reports and conduct client meetings
  • Ability to quickly learn or employ consultative-style selling skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Qualifications

  • College Degree
  • Experience – 3-5 years experience in IT design and installation
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a client facing setting either in sales or account management
  • Self starter, self motivated, organized, disciplined thinker and disciplined actions
  • Outgoing personality and ability to communicate with C-Level
  • Medium-Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • IT Certifications a plus
