THE ROLE

- We are looking for our very first HR leader who can make people at the company successful. If you love building teams and culture and want to be part of a fast-growing startup, this is the right role for you.
- The role would include implementing & leading the entire gamut of HR such as Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Compliances, Payroll, etc. This is a mission-critical role.
- You would be the captain on our team responsible for creating and shaping the culture at our company. We are clear. We need role shapers, not role takers.


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Implement end to end HR operations including onboarding, lifecycle & exit management
- Implement HR policies & processes
- Lead talent acquisition process
- Coordinate with vendor to run payroll
- Create proactive programs for employee well-being
- Enhance and communicate the brand, culture, and values of the company, internally and externally
- Implement a real-time and continuous feedback process
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and keep up to date with legal changes and developments
- Handle end to end statutory compliances

Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years experience and must have experience  in scaling a team from 10 to 100 or similar
- Must have built amazing culture, people operations, and processes.
