We have the opportunity for an AAT/Part Qualified/QBE or Qualified Accountant to join a dynamic and growing Accountancy Practice based in the Harrogate/North Yorkshire area.

You will ideally have previous experience of working in an Accountancy Practice, and be responsible for preparing accounts for SMEs, limited companies, sole traders and partnerships, ranging in turnover and sector.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To prepare sole trader, partnership and limited company accounts from incomplete records

• Preparation of monthly management accounts

• Bookkeeping duties as required

• Preparation of quarterly VAT returns

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Full or part qualified a full or part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, AAT)

• Previous experience of using Xero, Sage and Quick Books would be advantageous

• Previous experience of Tax (payroll, personal and corporate tax) would be advantageous

• Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

• Hours: Full or part time considered (Part-time - 20-25 Hours per week, flexible over a minimum of 3 days)
