Job Description

We are looking for a  Human Resources (HR) Business Analyst to play a crucial role in bridging the gap between HR and our consulting services by leveraging data analytics and insights to enhance HR processes and strategies. The job description for an HR Business Analyst may include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and performance management.

2. Recruitment/Staffing Process support

  • Collaborate with client HR teams to evaluate and enhance recruitment processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
  • Offer strategic guidance and work on recruitment strategies, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection methodologies and report documentation

3. Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate existing HR processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Design and implement streamlined processes to enhance HR operations and increase overall efficiency.

4. Project Management:

  • Lead or contribute to HR-related projects such as system implementations, process redesigns, or policy changes.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with HR business partners, recruiters, compensation and benefits specialists, and other relevant stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.

6. Compliance and Regulations:

  • Stay updated on HR-related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure that HR systems and processes adhere to legal standards.

7. Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to HR staff on new systems, processes, or tools implemented.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1 year to 2 years post NYSC experience.
  • Must be done with NYSC service
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with HR systems and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Project management or consulting experience is often preferred.

Additional Information

NGN N150,000 - 200,000 Monthly (net range).
