Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Actively prospect and engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events.
- Present Talentsquare's talent solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet clients' talent acquisition needs.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to the management team.
Qualifications
- A University degree and MUST have completed NYSC.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in consulting, talent acquisition or recruitment industry would be a huge plus
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Knowledge of the talent acquisition landscape and understanding of client needs and challenges.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and track customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Additional Information
This position offers a competitive base salary of 150,000 Naira, with an additional 5% commission on businesses closed.
