    Reports to: CEO

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support our CEO at our fashion retail firm. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements, and handling confidential and sensitive information. The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively manage their schedule and communications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.

    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.

    • Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.

    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

    • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO's office, answering and directing phone calls and emails.

    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients.

    • Manage expenses, including reconciling credit card statements and processing reimbursements.

    • Assist with special projects as assigned by the CEO.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

    • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

    • Knowledge of the fashion retail industry is a plus.

    Additional Information

    Working Conditions:

    The Executive Assistant will primarily work in an office environment, but may be required to travel to other company locations as needed. This role may require working outside of regular business hours, depending on the CEO's schedule and business needs.
