• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role 
• Fluent in English
• Management and leadership experience 
• Experience in managing products in Agile environment
• Knowledge of best practices and cloud-based technologies and microservices architectures
• Abilitiy to travel in Romania and abroad 30% of the time
