Our offering in the market is a unique research and advisory service, sold as annual or multi year subscriptions, which we ideally can nurture into recurring loyal client relationships over a long period of time. We guide and advise clients through complex periods of digital transformation when they develop strategies and select the tools, with our help, to recruit the best talent for their business's needs.  

As our Junior Account Manager, you will cultivate relationships with the Talent Tech Labs' client membership, ensuring that they achieve maximum value from the research and advisory services they subscribe to. In support of our Director of Customer Success you will be responsible for working directly with client executives and our analyst team, ensuring that the client requirements are always being met. Additionally you will facilitate their collaboration with us and other member clients. By ensuring beneficial, enriching, client relationships you afford us the opportunity to increase our service offering through upselling and extending the client lifecycle by ensuring recurring renewals. Specifically, what you will do:

  • Build relationships with the executive sponsors of our clients to identify and expand  relationships across their teams and other lateral Talent leaders. Work to ensure client subscription contract renewals annually.

  • Manage client access to our analysts, coordinate scheduling of additional work requests from the clients and our analysts.

  • Work with the research team to initiate exchanges that extract additional client insights that you document in our tracking system of record. 

  • Identify upsell opportunities and with support of the product team, secure booking of upsale revenue.

  • Lead monthly client calls with key stakeholders to track progress on deliverables, survey metrics, and current needs, and provide updates on research and other relevant intel. 

  • Facilitate client networking within our membership base and foster their collective collaboration. 

  • Maintain data integrity in our systems to manage and track key client contacts, licensed user changes, analyst requests, and tech stack changes.

  • Create client-facing presentations for onboarding, monthly calls, QBR’s, upsales and renewals.

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience servicing the human resource function, or providing enterprise account management activities to the director level and above. Prior experience with enterprise or staffing industry recruiting or talent functions, for research, consultative services, or other recurring revenue business models is a significant plus.

  • Proficiency in account planning with an understanding of the HR function or related recruitment industry knowledge from staffing, RPO, or an HR tech solution provider perspective. 

  • The ability to comfortably nurture senior-level relationships within midsize to enterprise-scale organizations.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and team collaboration tools (Google Suite, Zoom Meeting, Monday.com, WordPress)

  • Proficient in building presentations via Google slides templates.

  • Excellent written communication skills with a capability for conversational engagement with senior executives.

  • Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with clients and co-workers.

  • Demonstrated capacity to prioritize, schedule, and organize work and perform under tight deadlines.

  • Self-starter with the ability to accomplish job requirements with limited supervision.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, organization, entrepreneurship, or marketing.

This position can be based remotely within the United States for the person with the right prior professional experiences.
