Job Description

Talent Tech Labs is seeking energetic, self-driven, and outgoing hunters (culture?) to join our rapidly expanding sales team.  As the first line of contact with potential customers, we are looking for Inside Sales Representatives that can quickly build rapport and concisely explain the benefits of Talent Tech Labs.  Specifically, your experience with prospecting via, phone, email, and social media will help build the sales funnel and transition qualified opportunities to Account Executives.  You will join an experienced and growing sales team having the rare opportunity to contribute immediately and position yourself for promotion should you be successful in this role.  Lastly, we are looking for Inside Sales Representatives that have a growth mindset that can perform at a high level with minimum supervision and will be able to adapt to a constantly changing sales environment as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities

·         Organize and follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads

·         Quickly follow up on Inbound Leads

·         Participate in cold calling campaigns upon direction of Sales and Marketing Departments

·         Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Talent Tech Labs, industry trends and competition

·         Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity quota’s

·         Maintain Salesforce.com with a high level of detail and accuracy

·         Ability to provide feedback and discuss opportunities to increase sales and lead generation efficiencies

Qualifications

·         2-5 years’ experience in a similar role

·         Salesforce.com experience required.

·         Self-starter with a track record of success and drive for achievement

·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

·         Formal sales training and experience working in a call center environment is a plus

·         Bachelor’s degree required
