Job Description

Talent Tech Labs is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, sales professional to join our fast-growing team. As a top Sales executive, you will own the new revenue generation selling activities for all our lines of research to prospective clients.   You will manage all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, lead management, qualification, customer evaluation and closing new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Articulating our value proposition and building strategic business relationships with our target buyers: Heads of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, CHRO’s, and Staffing Executives. 

  • Prospecting, pursuing and closing sales to new logos that meet TTL’s ideal client profile to drive $850,000+ in annual subscription revenue.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver predictable bookings forecast.

  • Managing pipeline and reporting on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis to the leadership team.

  • Continuously developing and refining your in-depth knowledge of our products and services as well as the larger talent technology space.

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of professional business development or sales experience.  

  • Demonstrable selling success of exceeding annual quotas.

  • Experience selling recurring revenue products or subscription-based advisory services to Enterprise or Staffing companies. 

  • Experience selling across different departments of a company, including HR, TA, Recruiting leadership, IT and Finance.

  • Influential and persuasive acumen to create a sense of urgency across organizational lines in multi stakeholder selling situations.

  • Executive presence as well as outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written communication and negotiating skills.

  • Demonstrable understanding of the B2B sales process.

  • Highly collaborative team player with the knowledge, intellect and temperament to work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic and complex environment.

  • Must be motivated and self-starting; must possess strong time management skills.

  • Proficient with CRM such as Salesforce to log and track sales activities and pipeline.

  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of MEDDIC and Challenger methodologies is a plus.

  • Talent Acquisition/Recruitment/ HR Tech/Staffing industry experience preferred.

  • Experience working at a startup or early-stage company or product line.

  • Travel is required (local and overnight when appropriate).
