Job Description

Our offering in the market is a unique research and advisory service, sold as annual or multiyear subscriptions, which we ideally can nurture into recurring loyal client relationships over a long period of time. We guild and advise clients through complex periods of digital transformation when they develop strategies and select the tools, with our help, to recruit the best talent for their business's needs.  

As our Senior Account Manager, you will cultivate relationships with the Talent Tech Labs' client membership, ensuring that they achieve maximum value from the research and advisory services they subscribe to. You will be responsible for working directly with client executives and our analyst team, ensuring that the client requirements are always being met, and ensuring that their collaboration with us is beneficial, enriching, and affords us the opportunity to increase our service offering and result in recurring renewals and a long and loyal client lifecycle.

  • Develop the account strategy for each client and execute those strategies with the support of the research and product teams, marketing, and program management. 
  • Build relationships with the executive sponsors at our clients and work to identify and establish new relationships with their teams and other lateral Talent leaders.
  • Manage analyst access and project statement of work requests the clients have. 
  • Work with the research team to initiate projects and exchanges that extract additional client insights and around their requirements and deliver recommendations that meet the client's needs.

Qualifications

  • 5 – 7 years of work experience servicing the human resource function, ideally in the talent functions, for research delivery, consultative services, or other recurring revenue business models, with evidence of prior success.
  • Proficiency in account planning and an understanding of the HR function or related recruitment industry knowledge from staffing, RPO, or an HR tech solution provider perspective. 
  • The ability to comfortably nurture senior-level relationships within midsize to enterprise-scale organizations
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships through offering beneficial, insightful, and strategic insights into their businesses
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and team collaboration tools
  • Excellent written skills and conversational engagement with senior executives and sponsors
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, organization, entrepreneurship, or marketing.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong written email communication skills and experience in documentation of live meetings and client interactions.
  • Experience working with a CRM platform; comfort using the CRM as a personal productivity management tool (i.e., activity logging, report creation, knowledge management system)
  • Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with clients and co-workers
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and work assignments concurrently
  • Demonstrated capacity to prioritize, schedule, and organize work – perform under tight deadlines 
  • Consultative listening capabilities, ability to uncover client needs and frame propositions to respond to those needs
  • Self-starter with the ability to accomplish job requirements with limited supervision

This position can be based remotely within the United States for the person with the right prior professional experiences.
