Responsibilities

• As our contract Middle Tier developer you will be part of a 4 person agile development team.

• Your team currently develops and maintains our newly introduced middle tier in our pursuit to transform our technology stack into a multi-tenant PAAS solution

• You will embrace developing within our CI/CD pipeline and potentially have the option of improving it.

• Your code will efficiently process millions of customers bookings both in our own cloud and on-premise installations.

• You will work with your development lead, the front end team, and product management team during the identification, development, and implementation of work involved.

• You will work with the Quality Engineering Architect to make sure changes made are safe and assertable.

• 1-3 years production Golang experience

• 7+ years backend/middle tier development experience

• Experience with writing unit tests

• Experience working within an Agile SDLC process

• Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

• Technical documentation skills

• Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language

• Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail

• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

• Having a DevOps mentality is a PLUS.
