Our philosophy is a staffing agency should position Sr. Level Recruiters with Sr. Business Development professionals on the forefront. They are the true point of client contact to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.

Eliminating layers of Management ensures revenue is available for compensating true client generators with better candidate experience than competitors.

Spamming resumes may have worked during hard economic times within competitors. Currently, the tables have turned to truly understanding the, executive, management, technology and engineering resumes to provide a “win-win” experience as professional sniper staffing.

We’re offering the highest paid commission (please see below example of commission structure).

Basically, the Business Development professional provides (1) client and every position filled with your client is a 25% commission. Most clients have 10-20+ positions to fill.

The Sr. Business Development may follow-up with the client as fit. With Sr. Recruiters on the forefront our clients are well taken care of. You may almost relax and collect the commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• New client relationships by prospecting and identify qualified new accounts.

• All clients must consent to direct communication with the hiring managers without funneling our candidates resumes through multiple gate-keepers. We owe our candidates a respectful clean process which also ensures good time management.

• Close business with prospective clients by obtaining an acknowledged vendor contract.

• LinkedIn, job boards, sourcing lists, networking, and your own creative methods.

• Understand industry trends, candidate supply and demand, technologies, and be able to discuss requirements with clients in a professional manner.

• Basic human resource ethics and legal knowledge's are required.

• Honest and forthright with prospective customers.

• Offer you idea’s with expressing concerns. The only way to properly offer exceptional services is to acknowledge and fix at the core.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional demeanor and communication.

• Prospecting for new clients for direct-hire employment including contract with contract to hire.

• Ability to find your own leads using social media, job boards, and referrals.

• Professional cold calling.

• Selling staffing services.

• Ability to work on 100% commission. Currently this is a 1099 position without benefits. However, could advance.

• Professional may choose to help grow a staffing firm while also provided an Executive title although duties herein.

• Exceptional client relationship and development skills.

• Ability to work independently while self-motivated inclusive as a team player.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to take initiative, highly organized.

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

EXAMPLE OF A COMMISSION:

20% bill ea position x 100k candidate salary with 25% BD commission = $5,000 ea placement with BD client.
