TalentGen Global, USA compensates 30% of billing per annual salary for client referrals on every position we staff within your client referral.  

 

EXAMPLE: bill rate 20% with annual salary $100K = $20,000 bill x 30% Business Development referral fee = $6,000 for (EACH) JOB filled within client referral.   
 
Majority of companies have several positions to fill.  
 
EXAMPLE: refer one client who has 20 jobs.  TalentGen Global, USA staffs 10 of all other staffing vendors @ 15% bill. You get $45,000.00 for (1) client referral.
 
If you’re a Sr. Recruiter with over 15 years’ experience who would like to staff the positions within your clients will set up virtual with 70% payout.
