Despite the increasing power of computers, most small business have achieved very little  automation. And large business achieve only some, frustrating their people with countless  apps to navigate with complex user interfaces in order to accomplish typical business  tasks. 

The two biggest issues that we don’t see anyone even try to solve are 1) enabling  business people to author their own enterprise workflows, and 2) providing users with  automation that understands how they think, not making them think like a computer. Ant  Brains is building an No Code / RPA platform that solves for those two problems. In doing  so, we unlock the huge potential for humans and computers to interact in the most effective way, and empower access to every organization in the world. We know how to get there, but we need help to get it built. So we need the strongest  developers in the world who want to enrich the lives of practically everyone with a  platform of technology that communicates as humans do, not machines.

Responsibilities 

 Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical documents to provide timely  and meaningful feedback

Creating detailed and well-structured test cases and test data as per requirement

 Execution tests for API, Web and Mobile Apps and maintain result

Development, execution and maintenance of Automaton framework, automated tests  and script« 

Identifying, logging, tracking, and debugging bugs. Verifying bug fixes and updating  QA documentation¨ 

Contribute to improving processes to enable QA to scale and improve quality¨

Guide and mentor junior QA engineer 

Qualification  

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

 3-5 years of proven work experience in web and mobile applications testing

 With at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation frameworks  (Selenium/Python/Java/AppiumÈ 

Familiar with API testing tool

Familiarity with CI/CD process and automated build tools would be a plus¨

Knowledge of software test life cycle activities and agile methodologies

Ability to work closely with other QA and development teaÜ 

Basic understanding of database concepts, operating system commands¨

Ability to multi-task and handle multiple competing priorities with minimal  supervision¨ 

Team motivator, self-starter, logical, well-organized and deadline-oriented

Responsive, proactive, strong initiatives, excellent communications, and people skills¨

Basic understanding of RPA would be advantage
