Currently, for Lingaro, our longstanding client, we're looking for candidates interested in growing their Account Management career from a national to a global level.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in leading account management for a large global consumer goods company.

They will demonstrate creativity in translating customer goals, priorities, company experience, and capabilities into lucrative deals that benefit both parties.

Furthermore, they should actively seek out new stakeholders and departments to initiate collaborations within the account, ensuring a proactive and expansive approach to account management.

 

Job Description

  • Lead account management for a large global consumer goods company. 

  • Creatively translate Customer goals, priorities, company experience, and capabilities into deals. 

  • Create and execute Account Management Plan that encompasses our position, direction, and strategic way forward with the Customer. 

  • Proactively seeks for new stakeholders and departments to start cooperation within the Account. 

  • Performs Pitch of Lingaro value proposition across the Account to generate new demand for Lingaro services. 

  • Leverage Delivery teams' presence on Account to harvest up-sell opportunities, change requests, and work extensions. 

  • Builds tactical partnerships with vendors and other eco-system players to strengthen Lingaro position on the Account. 

  • Qualifying leads and opportunities according to our Account strategy and strengths. 

  • Reach beyond the Account Team at Lingaro to bring new ideas and capabilities on board. 

Qualifications

  • Experience selling IT services and custom solutions in enterprise customer environments (IT and Business). 

  • Fluency in modern IT and business trends. Ability to elaborate on how (Gen)AI, Data Science, and Digitalization will influence business and consumers.  

  • Understanding of Business Intelligence/Data Analytic, Enterprise IT ecosystem.  

  • Experience with international enterprise corporate customers. 

  • Excellent communication skills and customer understanding. Fluency in English, written and spoken.  

  • Ability to adapt to multiple communication styles as required by audience and situational context.  

  • Ability to explain the business value of technology application.   

  • Past experience in IT Delivery for Data and Analytics, preferably for the CPG / FMCG industries.

  • Location: East Hanover, NJ, US. The role requires on-site presence at customer’s office.
