Currently for out European Operations @Talent Factor,  we're searching for Project & Process Manager to drive the innovation agenda forward!

The position is attached to the Market Development team which reports to the Company Board. Market Development team is responsible for setting up new clients & growing the spin off revenue on the initial stage of customer relation.

Job Description

Currently we are expanding our services into the following markets: DACH & other CEE countries.

Some of the vital tasks around this role include engaging with prospective businesses to build relationships via telephone, LinkedIn and email and face to face.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, researching and mapping prospect clients within chosen industry sectors.
  • Managing the client prospecting process from introduction to becoming a customer.
  • Ensuring all records and activities are recorded on our CRM.
  • Booking qualified meetings and setting appointments to be attending by you and the Sales team.
  • Ensuring that targets and KPI’s are met. Quality over volume.

Qualifications

As our ideal Business Client & Project Manager, you will need to demonstrate proven experience in a recruitment or sales roles. You will need to be highly organised, proactive and be able to work on your own initiative. 

You will also need  you to display the following qualities

Self-starter who has the ability to motivate themselves' and those around them

  • Friendly and personable
  • Working knowledge of the recruitment industry or people & organisational development
  • IT Literate with knowledge of Microsoft programs
  • Half glass full positive can-do, winning attitude.
