We're looking for a UX/UI Team Leader in Warsaw for one of our long-standing customers. They operate in a data-driven business and is expanding its operations in the global market.

We're looking for people who leave and breathe information architecture, can create compelling designs, and understand the actionable presentation importance of data science insights for business decisions.

• Managing scope, budget, time, and risks in the project.
• Responsible for leading a team, managing day-to-day activities, and setting clear team goals.
• Communicating clear expectations toward team members, and providing high-quality projects.
• Organizing and leading meetings with the customer to present project progress and plan the next actions.
• Recruiting and building a highly effective team.
• Gathering feedback from clients to propose and implement improvements, being the level of escalation of the project.

• 7+ years of industry experience as a UI/UX designer and/or manager in a cross-functional UI/UX team, dedicated to the complete UI/UX design and development lifecycle of several successfully launched desktop and mobile applications.
• Excellent understanding of designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe. cc and InVision).
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Fluent English.
