Job Description

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to support their Partnerships division. The Partnerships division of our client manages key relationships with partnered content creators. The Partnerships Salesforce Engineer will be responsible for executing key features on the Salesforce platform to drive content growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with various teams and leadership within the Partnerships organization to identify and execute current and emerging user needs

Ensure data integrity and quality

Improve workflows, email alerts, custom objects, page layouts, fields to improve reporting, tool efficiency, and usage by the Partnerships team

Manage user profiles, sharing rules and security within the Partnerships team

Collaborate with the engineering team on any third-party tool integration with SFDC to ensure a well-defined and clean data flow (ex: partner statistics, Hellosign/DocuSign contract status)

Generate reports with Salesforce regional heads and global head of the Partnerships organization

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

5-7 years of experience with Salesforce Administration – strong proficiency in SFDC terminologies, administrative tasks, API, database, and configurations

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required; as usual

Proficiency in Excel, and in SFDC reporting functionality

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills.
