🧠 About the Role
As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of the data infrastructure supporting their analytics, marketing, and AI teams. You’ll ensure that clean, accessible data flows across the organization to support smarter user acquisition, retention strategies, and game optimization. This is a collaborative, high-impact role focused on scalability, automation, and actionable insights.

🛠 What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting

  • Ensure high-quality marketing and game data to optimize player acquisition and retention

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, product, engineering, AI) to deliver self-service analytics solutions

  • Develop tooling and processes that empower teams to make fast, data-informed decisions

  • Continuously improve data accessibility and integrity across the organization

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Strong experience with large-scale distributed data systems (e.g., Spark, Flink)

  • Advanced SQL and Python skills

  • Experience with modern data platforms and cloud tools (e.g., Databricks, AWS)

  • Solid understanding of ELT/ETL processes and orchestration tools like Airflow or Beam

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Braze, AppsFlyer)

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment

Bonus Experience (Not Required)

  • Background in mobile or live-service games

  • Experience with backend development (C# preferred)

  • Familiarity with recommendation engines or live player data systems

  • Knowledge of NoSQL or operational databases (e.g., Redis, DynamoDB)
