Currently looking for a Lead IT Applications Analyst to fill a position with an incredible Retail Company in Dublin, CA. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience in the IT field or equivalent work experience

Job Description

•    Validate that designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution, and operations of service for moderate to highly complex projects.
•    Architecture & Information Management specifically for In-Store Systems including Security awareness.
•    Define how the different application components will need to interact with each other for moderate to highly complex projects.
•    Drive the alignment of application design with the application architecture standards for moderate to highly complex projects.
•    Document requirements and assume responsibility for obtaining sign-off from customer and business partners on moderate to highly complex projects.
•    Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders on moderate to highly complex projects.
•    Areas of focus include information management, relationship management, development lifecycle, technical operations, and project management activities.
•    Drive test execution throughout all phases of testing (i.e. unit, end-to-end, integration, performance, operational readiness, user acceptance.) for high to uniquely complex projects.
•    Manage the test environments and test data for moderate to highly complex projects.
•    Drive test execution throughout all phases of testing (i.e. unit, end-to-end, integration, performance, operational readiness, user acceptance.) for high to uniquely complex projects.
•    Routinely manage user acceptance testing for high to uniquely complex projects and obtain sign-off from the business.
•    Direct and advise on the creation of training deliverable: training plan, training schedule, job aids, etc.


Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Business, Economics or Computer Science, or an equivalent Diploma in addition to industry experience
•    Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT field or equivalent work experience
•    Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
•    Relationship Management, Project Management & Vendor Management experience
•    Retail Technical IT Business Store systems expertise
•    Strong analytical, problem solving, root cause analysis, and debugging skills
•    Expert with Technology capabilities for mobile, Wi-Fi, In Store server processors, and overall retail in-store devices
