• Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Environment, Windows Server deployment , Windows Server 2003/2008/R2 version
• Knowledge of Windows Event Log Analysis & Remediation
• Experience in Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware software deployment & troubleshooting
• Expert level skills in Microsoft XP/Vista/7, Outlook, and Office troubleshooting
• Experience on configuration & troubleshooting of Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, File/Print Server
• Experience in patch management (WSUS/SCCM/SMS etc)
• Experience on backup software tools deployment & troubleshooting

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
