• Should have handled a team for end to end HR activities which involve hiring, engagements and other HR ops activities.
• Has closely worked towards achieving better employee retention
• A complete hands on who has streamlined and implemented new HR initiations
• Should play the single point of contact for a whole team and is responsible for the existence of the unit from the people operations perspective.
• Should be willing to work for UK shift
