Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is a key member of the Solve by Talent team, based in the Philippines and supporting Talent International’s agency recruitment teams across multiple global regions.
This is not internal corporate recruitment. You will be supporting high-performing, contingent agency recruiters who operate in competitive markets. Pace, urgency and quality matter.
You will be responsible for proactively identifying, qualifying and validating candidates across a broad range of technology and transformation roles, enabling our agency consultants to deliver exceptional outcomes for their clients.
What You’ll Be Owning:
Proactively sourcing technology and transformation talent across global markets
Delivering validated, high-quality candidate profiles ready for submission
Conducting screening calls to assess capability, motivation and market alignment
Writing structured, commercial candidate briefs for agency recruiters
Resurfacing and leveraging existing talent pools within Bullhorn
Utilising advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, talent communities, etc.)
Partnering closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and urgency
Building long-term talent pipelines aligned to key verticals
Creating market maps and talent intelligence insights to support delivery
Maintaining accurate data and compliance within ATS systems
Leveraging AI tools to maximise efficiency and output
Qualifications
5+ years recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
Strong exposure to technology recruitment
Experience supporting contingent or high-volume commercial recruiters
Advanced sourcing capability across multiple platforms
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organised, self-managed and accountable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
