The Role 
Working in our Sydney office, your role will involve the sourcing and management of candidates for a range of contract and permanent vacancies within Tech & Corporate Services. 

The Team

  • You will be working with 1 of our best Account Managers
  • As a team they made more than 50 placements last Financial Year
  • You will also be working alongside one of our best Candidate Managers who is also a strong team player
  • You will be working with some leading IT Consultancies and Blue-Chip companies across all areas of Technology – includes our No. 1 client across the entire commercial team

Your challenge?

  • Averaging 5 new roles per week, ability to prioritise workload is extremely important
  • Understanding individual client needs and pushing back early with regards to salaries, rates etc
  • Admin and Systems – being able to navigate and master multiple internal and client systems

Qualifications

What we are looking for?

  • Relevant working experience in a candidate management / sourcing / recruitment role either within an agency or internally to an organisation.  
  • You will ideally have experience resourcing roles across technology and digital domains and be open to resourcing roles outside of this also.  You may be currently working in a similar role or perhaps have relevant experience and looking to return to work.
  • Experience in IT is not essential, but a positive attitude is. If you are interested in making Talent your next play, please get in touch.
