Due to unprecedented growth, Talent Perth is seeking a confident, articulate, service orientated Recruitment Consultant to join its high performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Being involved in finding, attracting and qualifying candidates using our candidate database (Bullhorn) plus LinkedIn, SEEK and other social media tools.
• Advertising job opportunities
• Phone screening candidates and/or Interviewing candidates face-to-face
• Performing in-depth Reference Checks
• Liaising with candidates and clients during the placement process

• A "can do' attitude and desire to win
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, and ability to adapt your language according to conversation.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• A positive and collaborative team player approach to work.
• Awesome customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and deal with ambiguity
• A fantastic phone manner. First impressions count!
• An outcome orientation. Previous sales/service experience helps

Salary: 

• We offer a competitive salary in the range of $60,000–$80,000, depending on your experience – plus access to a generous bonus structure and all the perks listed above.
