Job Description

We're looking for someone who loves the hunt and is focused on attracting candidates for contract or permanent positions. You'll thrive as you develop strong relationships and a deep understanding of our client's needs and requirements. 

Task & Responsibilities

  • Building and managing talent pools proactively.
  • Utilising multiple recruitment tools and search methodologies.
  • Coordinating interviews, assessment and offers of candidates.
  • Building relationships with clients and Hiring Managers.

Qualifications

  • Formal qualifications preferred with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • If you do not have formal qualifications, further years of work experience may be required.
  • Agency recruitment experience.
  • Be confident, hungry to learn and have client-centric mentality - we need a people person!
  • Recruitment research experience and headhunting techniques.
  • A positive, resilient, creative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with candidate tracking systems.
  • Experience recruiting for government clients would be highly regarded.


The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
