Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Playbook Designer to lead the creation and evolution of our AI Native Transformation Playbook. This role is pivotal in guiding our organization through its journey to become AI-native, by designing frameworks, standards, and enablement materials that support scalable and sustainable transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Framework Development: Define the structure, principles, and best practices for transitioning to an AI-native operating model.
- Content Creation: Document processes, governance models, and guidelines across people, technology, and workflows.
- Standardization: Develop templates, checklists, and reference materials to ensure consistency across all transformation workstreams.
- Enablement: Provide actionable guidance and tools to empower teams in adopting AI-driven practices effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Iterate and enhance the playbook based on feedback, lessons learned, and evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business transformation, operations, strategy, or related fields.
- Proven ability to design and document complex frameworks, processes, or methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in change management, organizational design, or enablement programs is highly valued.
- Familiarity with digital transformation or AI concepts is a plus, but not mandatory.
