We are seeking a talented IT BA/PM to manage AI/LAB projects from start to finish, facilitating daily scrums, defining project requirements, and coordinating cross-functional teams. This role involves capturing business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring project alignment with business goals.

Role and responsibilities

• Lead daily scrums and Agile ceremonies.

• Ability to translate business requirements into IT specifications

• Skilled at liaising with both business and IT stakeholder

• Maintain project documentation and organize the project book.

• Coordinate with various departments and prioritize tasks.

• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.

• 5+ years of IT Business Analysis and Project Management experience, especially in Agile settings.
• Technical knowledge in Python, SQL, or similar is a plus 
• Familiarity with AI projects is a plus.
• Strong Agile methodology knowledge (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Desired Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

The salary range for this role is US$100,000 - US$135,000
