Role and responsibilities

• Project Coordination:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of IT components for all U.S. Solar Site projects.
  • Interface with global and local teams, ensuring alignment with the company' standards and procedures.
  • Develop and implement a standardized IT Project Methodology, including documentation, reporting, and governance.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Coordinate with business project managers, IT teams, third-party vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Facilitate effective communication through regular Steerco meetings, operational committees, and flash reports.
  • Manage escalations, alerts, and action tracking to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Technical Oversight:
  • Ensure the IT solutions deployed are fit for purpose, meeting both business needs and delivery targets.
  • Oversee the architecture and cybersecurity standards for solar site deployments. Knowledge of Network security is critical.
  • Manage the retrofit planning and execution for existing solar sites, focusing on cybersecurity and IT infrastructure improvements.
• Operational Handoff:
  • Ensure a smooth transition of IT services from project deployment to operational mode.
  • Define and manage support processes and procedures for the ongoing operation of IT components.

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of IT project management experience, preferably in the energy or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale IT deployments, particularly in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and industrial networks.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, including Gantt charts, WBS, and critical path analysis.
  • Ability to manage late changes in project scope or requirements effectively.

The salary range for this role is US$100,000 - US$140,000
