• Assist in the seamless implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 F&O ERP, tailoring the product to align with specific customer requirements.
• Analyze and comprehend business requirements, translating them into actionable customizations for effective ERP integration.
• Develop high-level technical specifications in advance of deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Provide comprehensive support to both technical and non-technical end-users, fostering a collaborative and efficient user experience.

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, managing time effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Collaborate with staff to support demo development, ensuring a thorough understanding of D365 F&O features and capabilities.
• Monitor system performance and execute necessary maintenance tasks.

• Experience with Microsoft ERP solutions with 3-5 years of Microsoft AX 2009, 2012 and/or some Dynamics 365 Finance and operations and technical experience with knowledge of Finance, Distribution, Production/Manufacturing, Services and Warehouse modules.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field;
• Development experience and proficient in tasks such as, analyzing log files, setting up system workflows, creating reports and adding fields.
• Experience with installing and upgrading the Microsoft applications.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
