Job Description
As a Senior SAP Solutions Architect, Presales, you will take on a leadership role within our sales team, bringing advanced technical expertise and deep experience in the SAP ecosystem.
You will be responsible for advising sales teams on SAP solutions, helping to develop winning sales strategies, and playing a critical role in new customer acquisition and business growth. Your experience and deep technical skills will be put to work to help our customers succeed and expand our SAP portfolio.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Bar-raising expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Analytics, and other relevant SAP solutions;
- Knowledge of SAP offerings: including RISE and GROW in addition to understanding upgrades and updates;
- Customer Needs Analysis: Work closely with our sales teams to understand specific customer needs, suggest customized solutions, and anticipate market trends;
- Solution Design: Design advanced SAP architectures and integrated solutions to solve complex customer challenges. You are known to focus on operational efficiency, security, and performance;
- Presentation & Demonstration: Conduct technical presentations and in-depth demonstrations to illustrate the value of SAP solutions to potential customers;
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development of sales strategies and the creation of compelling business proposals in collaboration with sales teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Advanced technical support: Provide high-level technical expertise to resolve complex issues and address customer concerns;
- Technological monitoring : You stay up-to-date on the latest technological advancements and developments in the field of SAP solutions in order to recommend improvements and innovations;
- Mentoring: Mentor and train other team members of the SAP pre-sales team.
Qualifications
- Significant experience: at least 10 years of experience as an SAP architect, with a proven track record of success in pre-sales and designing complex solutions;
- Sap certification: sap certification is highly recommended;
- Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients and internal teams;
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze customer needs, solve complex problems, and design innovative solutions;
- Results-oriented: commitment to contribute meaningfully to sales growth and customer satisfaction;
- Team & relationships: close collaboration with the sales director and the pre-sales team. Ability to quickly establish a trusting relationship with clients in a variety of business areas;
- Communication: good oral and written communication skills, in English, to communicate with clients located across North America. Mastery of French language is a major asset.
