At Createch, you will work with prestigious clients across various industries such as pharmaceuticals, agri-food, transportation, and pulp and paper manufacturing. You will be involved in projects that will allow you to explore technologies like S4/HANA, S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other new SAP solutions. 

As a project manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of SAP software implementation projects. In this role, your responsibilities will include: 

• Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all project activities; 
• Identifying risks and implementing strategies to minimize their impacts; 
• Creating favorable conditions for consultants dedicated to the project to successfully achieve their objectives; 
• Evaluating consultants and providing constructive feedback; 
• Effectively communicating and providing clear directions; 
• Guiding the client and ensuring their satisfaction while managing their expectations; 
• Focusing on achieving the client's business objectives; 
• Playing an active role in the continuous improvement of our project delivery methodology. 

• Excellent command of spoken and written French and English is required; 
• College or university degree in a relevant field of study; 
• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience; 
• Excellent proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio; 
• Excellent proficiency in MS Project or other project management tools; 
• Autonomy, initiative, and resourcefulness; 
• Interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset; 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; 
• Coursework in project management or CAPM certification is an asset.
