Talan is looking for a Functional Analyst Billing-Invoicing, responsible for functional analysis of incidents and changes.

The main responsibilities are

• Help the client to express needs, collect and analyze them
• Analyze and define the functional perimeters
• Model business processes (mapping, flow, etc.)
• Write functional specifications
• Able to perform incident analysis and resolution
• Control end2end integration and resolution
• Prepare and execute end2end testing
• Facilitate meetings and workshops
• Train users

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the Belgian Utilities Market 
• SAP IS-U knowledge is a must
• MIG6 in-depth knowlege is a must
• Languages: French and/or Dutch and English
