Job Description
We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition specialist in order to support us in our growth.
Responsibilities
As Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for :
- Screening, sourcing and doing candidates interviews.
- Being the public face of the company during the recruitment process so you must ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final step in the recruitment process.
- Analyzing clearly the candidates’ profiles and conducting phone and face interviews personally.
- Making matches between potential candidates and open positions.
Qualifications
Profile
- You can easily communicate in Dutch, English and French.
- You have a Bachelor and/or Master related to the Human Resources, Communication fields.
- You have good interpersonal skills and can adapt yourself rapidly to new environments.
- You have a previous experience as recruiter in IT or consultancy environment.
