We are looking for an IT  Talent Acquisition specialist in order to support us in our growth.

Responsibilities

As Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for :

• Screening, sourcing and doing candidates interviews.
• Being the public face of the company during the recruitment process so you must ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final step in the recruitment process.
• Analyzing clearly the candidates’ profiles and conducting phone and face interviews personally.
• Making matches between potential candidates and open positions.

Profile

• You can easily communicate in Dutch, English and French.
• You have a Bachelor and/or Master related to the Human Resources, Communication fields.
• You have good interpersonal skills and can adapt yourself rapidly to new environments.
• You have a previous experience as recruiter in IT or consultancy environment.
