Our client is moving its accounting systems (Lux GAAP, IFRS 17 et IFRS 9 norms). The overall objective of this request is to strengthen the Luxembourg project team in charge of the migration to S4/Hana. Supported by the Business Project Manager, the person will be in charge of collecting and modeling the accounting processes within the Group process modelling tool.

Scope of Activities

In collaboration with the Group Project and the local business teams in Luxembourg, under the supervision of the Project Lead:
• Document all as-is processes (accounting, actuarial, claims, reinsurance, coinsurance, etc) within (ADONIS) in collaboration with business teams
• Obtain the sign-off of the persons in charge
• Participate to the creation of the target processes into the SAP landscape (target architecture)

• Proven expertise in process documentation (incl. BPMN modelisation) knowledge of ADONIS is a plus
• Proven knowledge of accounting (ideally LuxGAAP and IFRS)
• Knowledge of insurance business is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus (accounting modules), S4/Hana is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English (knowledge of German is a plus)
• Quick adaptability, good communication, team spirit
