Job Description

Location: Oak Brook, IL. (Hybrid)

The Senior Financial Analyst will drive financial accountability across the organization.  This highly visible role will collaborate closely with P&L Leaders and senior leadership to ensure financial discipline and transparency and to drive targeted actions to improve financial performance. 

Specific Job Duties Include
Partner with cross functional leaders to develop, monitor, and evaluate business performance against financial plans and operational KPIs

  • Drive accountability by challenging assumptions, identifying risks, and ensuring ownership of financial outcomes across departments
  • Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to P&L leaders and senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and cost optimization efforts
  • Monitor KPIs and proactively highlight variances with clear recommendations for corrective action
  • Collaborate with Operations to improve efficiency, cost management, and margin performance
  • Prepare and present monthly business reviews, including variance analysis and executive level reporting

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred)

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Experience with Power BI a plus
  • Experience with Python a plus
