1. Maintain and improve clear financial reporting structure
2. Maintain and improve budgeting and forecasting system
3. Ensure company-wide timely and precise reporting
4. Work with department manager to set economic effectiveness indicators for their department
5. Control costs and work with managers to reduce costs
6. Offer ways to increase profitability by reducing costs

1. 3+ years of managerial experience in Finance

2. In-depth Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, budgeting, and cost control

3. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Strong planning and organizational skills, detail-oriented

6. Time management skills to manage multiple tasks

7. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI

8. Confident and quick learner or a self-starter

9. Experience with enterprise financial and reporting systems

10. Experience developing standards documentation, knowledge bases and educational courses

11. Experience building financial projection models

12. Russian is a must, fluent English is an advantage
