Job Description
Goal: to achieve the company's profit targets and increase the market share due to increased sales volumes in all sales channels.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
Perform market research and analyze threats and opportunities
Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)
Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
Track, measure and analyze commercial metrics using KPIs
Manage and track expenditures, financial goals and budgets
What is important for us:
Successful proven experience of organization and management of a commercial unit (sales, marketing), experience in managing business processes of the company.
Knowledge of modern principles and technologies of sales and marketing management.
Experience of digital sales channels development.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Higher education (management, economics, marketing);
Proven work expertise with large system companies in the role of Commercial director (Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Retention manager) at least 5 years.
Experience in Client Relationship Management
In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
Hands on experience in creating reporting and managing budgets
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding presentation skills
Systemic thinking, goal and result-oriented person
Flexibility, excellent communication, and negotiation skills, ability to find and implement non-standard approaches.
High management, strategic and analytical skills.
