Job Description

Customer Service Manager is responsible for the management of the team and delivering the highest level of customer care in the company and building strong, lasting relationships with our customers. This work can be performed remotely with a laptop and a good internet connection.

Daily activities include:

  • Organize the work of the customer service department
  • Assess the effectiveness of the team and the individual team member
  • Analyze, optimize and improve processes
  • Motivate team members
  • Improve the quality of customer service

Qualifications

Requaired skills and experience:

  1. Must have natural diplomatic skills, tact and patience to deal with all kinds of situations or customers
  2. Be fluent in English, knowledge of Polish will be an advantage
  3. Be natural caretaker
  4. Be practical, compassionate, caring and motivated to help others
  5. Great communication, listening skills and positive attitude
  6. Be flexible with schedule
  7. Know computers, networks and CRM software
  8. Prior customer service experience is not necessary
  9. University degree is recommended but is not necessary
