Job Description

Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering the highest level of customer care in the company and building strong, lasting relationships with our customers. This work can be performed remotely with a laptop and a good internet connection. 

Daily activities include:

  1. Handle inquiries made via email, telephone or in person: answer questions concerning products and services and provide information about Company policies and procedures
  2. Handle customers complaints and assist the customer with maintaining a positive image of the company
  3. Accomplish sales and targets by completing related results as needed
  4. Make "add-on" sales: additional service, loyalty programs, and extended warranties
  5. Process orders and payments in the CRM system
  6. Determine eligibility by comparing information provided by clients to Company procedures
  7. Comply with company's rules
  8. Work as a team player, foster open and constructive communication
  9. Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
  10. Maintain communication by reporting problems
  11. Undertake customers research to improve the service
  12. Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions
  13. Participate in educational opportunities

Qualifications

Required skills and experience: 

  1. Be fluent in Polish, upper-intermediate English
  2. Must have natural diplomatic skills, tact, and patience to deal with all kinds of situations or customers. The good news is that we have many happy customers!
  3. Be natural caretaker
  4. Be practical, compassionate, caring, and motivated to help others
  5. Great communication, listening skills, and positive attitude
  6. Be flexible with schedule
  7. Know computers, networks, and CRM software
  8. Prior customer service experience is not necessary
  9. University degree is recommended but is not necessary
  10. It's a big plus if you read Delivering Happiness by Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh
