The Marketing Assistant is responsible for promoting and driving the sales of a company’s goods and services.

1. Track existing marketing campaigns to completion and report on results
2. Develop strategies to improve on existing and past marketing efforts
3. Coordinate market research studies via multiple methods
4. Assemble and present reports that collect and analyze market research data by consolidating, summarizing, and formatting information into formats that optimize readability
5. Analyze data to uncover industry trends
6. Assist with promotional activities; host presentations, organize customer events
7. Research and update competitor database to conduct comparative analysis of company performance in the market
8. Writing copy/editing content
9. Manage community on social media for multiple projects simultaneously

1. Russian - native, English level - advanced 
2. Strong problem-solving skills
3. 1+ year of digital marketing
   
4. Willingness & ability to own, follow up on and complete any assigned tasks and projects 
5. Knowledge of analytic tools (e.g. Google analytics, Yandex Merica)
6. Content management
7. Storytelling skills
8. Social media and community management
9. Work schedule: EST time zone, full time
