Key Responsibilities

• Independently direct and manage teams and clients on a full range of commercial projects
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Function as a senior health economist on commercial projects: perform and direct health economics (HE) modeling efforts
• Train, mentor, and retain “A Players” for TTi’s team

About You

• You understand that the expertise required to solve a commercial client’s business problem can be different from providing expertise in an academic or government research setting
• You’re someone who is strategically consultative with expertise in HE modeling
• You think about the big picture but know how to work at the ground level to solve problems
• You see problems through your clients’ eyes, are empathetic, and enjoy tackling their problems
• You’re an engaging presenter who identifies with your audience
• You’re known as being resourceful, confident under pressure, and able to engage effectively with executive-level decision makers
• You find gratification in training, developing, and mentoring others

• Technical skills (statistical software and HE modeling)
• Experience with staff, project, and client management
• Team player, relationship builder
• Provides expert contributions to internal and client discussions
• Mentors staff in effective internal and client communication
• Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities for future work
