Job Description

To Manage the retail operation whilst leading, motivating and mentoring the retail teams. The manager must ensure that the best service possible is being delivered to all guests so that all budgets and targets are being met. The manager oversees all visual aspects of the store, using all tools to maximize sales. All reports/reporting must be passed in a timely manner to Directors.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and ensure profitability
  • Monitor and meet sales targets
  • Adhere to key Company objectives to grow the brand
  • Control store expenses and budgets
  • Build and maintain customer database
  • Manage staff, rotas and ensure floor cover during trading hours
  • Oversee stock management
  • Work with Director and suppliers to manage supply
  • Propose and implement in-store events
  • Manage store social media account

Minimum Requirements:

Skills and Knowledge

  • 3 years Retail Management experience
  • Fluent English (additional languages would be an advantage)
  • Guest / customer service orientated
