Job Description
- The EA will assess the existing application and system inventory artifacts for reuse and application to minimize duplication of previous EA program activities.
- The EA shall author technical documents, concepts of operations, EA roadmaps, frameworks, EA templates, OMB reference models, baseline and target architectures, briefing documents and white papers. The EA shall lead technical workshops, decision meetings, collaborative sessions, and deliver executive briefings related to a wide range of technical EA topics.
- Document an organization's current architecture
- Identify and document requirements for architectural analysis task orders
- Develop project documentation and user training materials according to client requirements
- Conduct training sessions, facilitate workshops
- Prepare communications materials
- Perform program management support tasks; such as status reporting and work plan maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT discipline
- Must have an active TS/SCI w/CI Poly
- Possesses 3 years of experience supporting enterprise architecture or similar projects.
- Possess strong analytical skills to assist in designing or implementing business solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the solution development lifecycle and IT system development
- Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills
- Experience in business process re-engineering, requirements definition, and workflow analysis, reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs
- Experience in program/project management lifecycle processes with extensive knowledge on program/project performance management.
- Highly desired experience in interfacing with executive level clients, and proficient in conducting Customer Surveys and Interviews
- Experience writing Gap Analysis documents and Studies using Microsoft Office products.
